This is another place with a bit of a unique taste focus. Try our Brisket Pizza perfected with cider bbq, smoked brisket, bell pepper and red onion. The smoked brisket comes from natural season wood flavor and if you choose the smoked pork shoulder, it is done in dark cap, smoke juice, trimmed and pulled and never miss the smoked baby back ribs, big and meaty bones, brown sugar-chili dry rub seasoned with your choice of glazed or dry rub. We also have the Chef's plates which include Bourbon Street Tips, Cola Meatloaf, Maple Chicken & Waffles and Pit Mac n Cheese. And you will enjoy our assorted styles of Detroit Pan Pizza, hand tossed and cooked on a hot oven stone. There are selections of four cheese, tricky pickle, smash burger, and bbq brisket.
